This Swimfit Medley Session will help you build your confidence to tackle a longer IM distance. In the main set we start with a full 400, 200 or 100 Freestyle, at a nice steady pace (don't peak too early). Next up we add the breaststroke, where it will be in the full IM, the rest of the distance will still be Freestyle. In the third one we also add the Backstroke where it would be in the full IM and the last one is a full 100, 200 or 400 Individual Medley :)
