This Swimfit Endurance Session starts nice and easy with Body Position Kick Drills and easy Freestyle. Take your time with the drills to set yourself up with a streamlined and high body position. You'll go through 400 meters, then 300, 200 and finish with a 100 meters, swimming 50 meters of drill and 50 Freestyle.
